We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email) sent to contact@dokets.com before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You may use any written communication — no specific form is required.
Refund timeline (EU orders)
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Return shipping costs (EU orders)
The direct cost of returning goods is to be borne by you, the customer. You will be informed of this cost before completing your return request.

Refunds

Refunds
