Symptoms

  • Sleepless nights
  • Light sleep, which leads to waking up with even slightest of noise
  • Mood swings, fatigue and laziness

Advice

  • Avoid consuming tea/coffee at night.
  • Eat at proper intervals of time, but don't consume hot and cold food together.
  • For some days, consume fruits, grilled/boiled food, and sprouts.
  • Consume lemon water with honey.
  • Avoid spicy and fried food.
  • Take a bath with lukewarm water before sleeping.
  • If you are not able to sleep, then read books or do something creative.
