Symptoms
- Sleepless nights
- Light sleep, which leads to waking up with even slightest of noise
- Mood swings, fatigue and laziness
Advice
- Avoid consuming tea/coffee at night.
- Eat at proper intervals of time, but don't consume hot and cold food together.
- For some days, consume fruits, grilled/boiled food, and sprouts.
- Consume lemon water with honey.
- Avoid spicy and fried food.
- Take a bath with lukewarm water before sleeping.
- If you are not able to sleep, then read books or do something creative.
Treatment
- Mix 30 ml of Aloe Sanjivani Juice, Aloe Vera Juice, Himalayan Berry Juice, and 2 drops of Shri Tulsi in water and drink this mixture daily in the morning and evening on an empty stomach.
- Consume 1 tablet each of Aloe Stress Away in the morning and at night.
- Consume 1 capsule each of Naturomega in the morning and at night.
- Apply IMC massage oil every day to the feet and massage them, especially the thumbs of the feet, daily.
- Use Detox foot patch at night before sleep.
