In case, due to any valid reason, any customer wants to exchange/return the product, they can do the same within 7 days for domestic and 10 days for international from the purchase date if purchased from www.dokets.com or www.dokets.shop/branch or outlet in physical, and from the delivery date in case of E-Shop (www.dokets.com or www.dokets.shop) order.

Definitions:

  • Account means the customer-specific account maintained with www.dokets.com or www.dokets.shop in which all the sales, purchases, transactions, returns, exchanges, refunds, etc. with respect to the said customer are maintained.
  • Delivery date means the date on which the products were successfully delivered to the customer.

Documents mean the original invoice and duly filled-out product exchange/return details, which are mandatorily required to be submitted along with the products for processing exchange/return.

Product Exchange/Return Form or Invoice means a form available on the www.dokets.com or www.dokets.shop website that is required to be duly filled out and submitted at the time of submitting the products for return.

Purchase date means the date mentioned on the original invoice, which was duly filled out at the time of making the purchase.

Saleable products mean products that are unopened, unused, and marketable; that have not expired; and that are not discontinued or special promotion goods.

Seller means any www.dokets.com or www.dokets.shop outlet/person authorized to market and sell products, and in the case of E-Shop (www.dokets.com or www.dokets.shop), orders from where the products were dispatched as mentioned on the invoice.

Terms and Conditions:

To initiate the return/exchange, the customer must submit the physical products along with the following documents:

  • Product Exchange/Return Form
  • Copy of Invoice
  • Products to be returned/exchanged

Any customer can initiate the process to return/exchange products by submitting the products along with documents showing the products were originally bought or will deliver the products from where the products were dispatched in the case of E-Shop (www.dokets.com or www.dokets.shop) orders, and after completing the system entries, will process the exchange or refund as requested by the customer. In case of any difference in the amount of the products in instances of exchange, the customer will pay the additional amount to the seller; the difference in amount will be calculated without any deduction from the price of the product submitted, provided that the products are being submitted with the same seller from whom they were originally bought. The entire invoice amount will be refunded if the customer has made the request for a refund, provided that products in saleable condition are being returned to the same seller from whom the products were originally bought.

Note: For E-Shop (www.dokets.com or www.dokets.shop) orders: -

  • The products can only be returned and not exchanged; the said request for return is to be made from the original e-mail ID.
  • www.dokets.com or www.dokets.shop does not provide pick-up service; therefore, it is the responsibility of the customer to submit the products with the original seller mentioned on the invoice.
  • If the request for return is initiated immediately after placing the order, the customer will be entitled to the entire amount of the refund.
  • If the request for return is initiated by the customer after generation of the delivery tracking ID (AWB number) or on delivery of products, then the refund amount will be subject to a deduction of shipping charges of Rs. 60/-.
  • The refund amount will be refunded to the original source of payment within 7 days after successfully processing the return.

Points to Remember:

  • 7 days for domestic customers and 10 days for international customers is the period for return/product, which will be calculated from the date of purchase as mentioned on the invoice and the date of delivery in the case of e-shop orders.
  • The cut-off date for return/exchange in same-month purchase cases will be the 25th of each month; post-25th return/exchange will be processed, and a refund will be done.
  • If the product is not in saleable condition, then a return/exchange will be subject to inspection of the products, provided that at the time of inspection the seller is satisfied that the products have not been misused or damaged intentionally.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

     

  1. Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or is different from their description on the product detail page on Dokets.Shop.

2. The return will be processed only if: 

·         it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

·         the product is not different from what was shipped to you;

·         the product is returned in original condition (with the brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories therein).

If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning it. Dokets shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse, such as an incorrect model or color of the product ordered or an incorrect product ordered.

Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund/replacement. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund/replacement.

                         No additional information is required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category-specific policy. 

Products: Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock. 

  If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you. 

       Intent customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively canceling or not accepting the orders placed. Dokets reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.

       Note: If you received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 5 days from the delivery of the product.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method based on the categories the products fall into as listed above. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Note :-

Kindly ensure to provide a copy of the original bill, which was duly generated at the time of purchase by the seller. Physical products with the same batch number as mentioned on the bill at the time of purchase will be eligible for return/exchange. Further, it is suggested to the customers to retain a duly filled copy of the original bill at the time of purchase, as the date mentioned on the original bill will be considered for in-store returns, and the date of delivery will be considered for e-shop returns within this policy.
